Welcome to LYFE ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA. As C.E.O. of LYFE ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA, I give you full access of the company website (Lyfeent.com) and all affiliate companies involved in promoting and marketing you (Artist Name).
Upon signing a promotions contract with LYFE ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA, you (artist), will receive full representation which entails the following but not limited to:
- Local promotions
- These are efforts surrounded within the United States, representing the artist on blog sites, Hip-hop/R&B sites, Jazz, Rock (websites are dependent on the genre of music)
- International promotions (International Promotions is a separate package in which you have declared desired)
- These efforts entail the same as local, however in a more broader range as we will be promoting the artist all over the world. We have a strong base following in Australia, which promotions will begin there then branch, to Europe, Asia, Philippines, etc.
Both local and international promotions also entail interviews on FM and Online radio, YouTube videos, MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Online Branding Also included in this package are you as an artist will receive and have full advantage of online branding through the various social networks and sites in affiliation with Lyfe Entertainment Media (i.e. Facebook, Twitter Etc.).
- Booking
- We provide showcase opportunities to the artist as events arise providing sufficient notification to the artist. We do not serve as a booking agent for the artist.
- LYFE ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA can also provide artists with the opportunity to perform in live shows and venues all over the United States (artist choice). Not all shows will be paid shows, pay is determined on upon the artist’s ability to sell tickets (20 tickets minimum) per show. We also provide the opportunity to book features and shows from top artists such as Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Etc.
- Media
- We also have included with the package to provide artists with interviews, features Etc., in some of the many online and print magazines.
- Digital Distribution
- With this package clients also receive Digital Distribution with their choice of three (3) major online distributors, Interscope DD, Universal Motown DD, or Island Def Jam DD. All artists’ material will carry a certified stamp for their chosen distributor on all materials including; ringtones, video’s, Etc. Artist(s) project will be available on all online stores including; iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, etc…in which the artist receives 100% creative control, publishing, and royalties (artwork will be supplied by Lyfe Entertainment Media if artist desires).
Note: Upon signing this contract the artist agrees that if he/she gets signed to an independent or major record label Lyfe Entertainment Media receives 10% of valued contract. Any additional efforts outside of the contractual agreement are the sole effort upon LYFE ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA. The (artist), will be provided updates of progress and efforts of promotion, as well as any new marketing schemes, derived within that time and full communication will be made via email, phone, or text.
The stated contract is for 6months and is renewable at the end of the term if the artist/management team decides to.
LYFE ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA as well as the (artist), also reserves the right to end the contract prior to the 6months only after the 3 month probationary period with a written consent.
Note: The (artist) reserves the right to discontinue service of the said scope of work after the 3 month probationary period, ending. Artist will need to provide communication via phone or email at the end of the 3 month probationary period stating that the artist wishes to discontinue service.
The 6month promotional contract is at costs of $400 per month.
